Waiting by the River, Oil on linen, 120 cm. x 150 cm

This painting describes two figures waiting by a river (based up on the upper King River, North East Victoria). The landscape is viewed from various perspectives so that the sky and the landscape intermingle. A rocking horse can be seen crossing the sky like Apollo dragging the sun. The river represents the source of all life.
